Hawk, I agree with you on locking in a contract to bust out of this rut, and bust the shorts. I noticed a tremendous amount of failure to deliver on a variety of different periods, and notified the NASD Ombudsman's office. They contacted me and said they would start an investigation. Same thing with the SEC, but they sent a letter. So we will see what comes of it. I have noticed they will do a thorough check and sometimes pounce after a long period of review. Looks like there was a lot for them to review (perhaps even off the books activity) recently.
