Jonathan, I can always count on you to write a well written and well reasoned analysis. I don't know if you are correct that Rhodes is calling AndroVir's efficacy into question because he has some ulterior motive. What could that motive be? Is he intentionally trying to bankrupt the company? Is he getting senile at age 69? Or does he want to drive the stock down to 0? Perhaps he is trying to drive the stock price down so he can buy it cheap and reap a huge reward if they ever do get AndroVir off the ground. I just came across the following article today which suggests that this last scenario I suggested, wild as it appears to be, is not totally out of the question.

hot-stocks.com

I'm not saying I believe this theory that Rhodes is intentionally driving the price down so he can buy it cheap. I think this scenario is unlikely but I can't prove it wrong. I would say he is a madman if he is intentionally putting out bad news to drive the price down because not only is he scaring the little guy, I think he has apparently also scared the bejeebers out of Travelers.

There have been so many missed opportunities. If only PRLN still had the rights to its Ah-immunoassay it might still be able to weather this storm. I believe that since Rhodes was the boss he should be held accountable for this blunder.

When T. Colin Campbell resigned it was he who put out the press release, not PRLN. I called PRLN the next morning and the receptionist was surprised that the info was on the wires since the company had not submitted this info as a press release. Evidently they wanted to keep us in the dark. I agree with you Jonathan. Rhodes has been a major pothole in PRLN's well being. I wonder if Dr. Babish would rejoin the company if Rhodes was given the heave ho. I don't have the money right now to hire a lawyer to force the issue, but if someone else does I believe it is likely that the company could be compelled by court order to hold a stockholders meeting. (Actually, though I still hold some warrants I am no longer a stockholder. I might not be eligible to go to a stockholder's meeting, but I would buy a few shares just for the chance to ask him some pointed questions. I have a lot of questions I want answered.)
