You guys sent me back to the drawing-board to do serious thinking.

I can just tell you what my experience was. I don't have 'pret a porter' solution.

To fight off -what became known as the lost decade, for Latin Americans, I toughen up, holed up, for 8 and half years in West Africa between 1983 and 1991.

There I wrote my book, which I never published but shown I was right. The only thing wrong was that I was right too early! Since 1986 this shake down is due. The writing was on the wall. It is a tribute to the OECD that hasn't happened before. I've got to hand it to them.

Perhaps the Financial Collapse should have happened circa 1993. That because the whole thing resembles a tooth. The longer you delay the treatment, the more painful that treatment will be.

How, where I will hole up? I will hole up and anchor the boat as the tornado ravages around me? I don't know. I don't have a plan. But I have the track record of being Darwinistically selected to survive. If I did that one, I can possibly do the next. For if I return to where I have been before, it is not a problem:

I know how it looks like. And I know what takes. If one haven't, one get to learn it.
