They could JV this or hire a mining contractor - there is nothing complex or challenging about mining this deposit, and I strongly believe mining it underground would be far more economic and efficient than open pit.

Sorry, but once again you do not know what you are talking about. In the spring the Albany area floods the river becomes a flood plateau. Secondly mining a vertical pipe that is as tall as the CN tower using a tunnel is not cost effective, even though open pit is even less cost effective, you would be better off with the open pit.
Lastly, to which some laughed, but its true...you don't drill 40 inch holes in the roof, if you intend on tunnelling into a CN Tower and expect the roof to remain intact after removing 40-50-60 feet of the tower.

Sell the project to a major with deep pockets, let them open pit it, and take the money and produce more IP
You are in a sector that does not allow you to mine. A spin off would serve little purpose. I have no idea what the project is worth so will not put a number on it, all I can say is its not worth what many would like to believe.

ZEN has found a very profitable niche, run with it!
