Handshake, are you claiming the the clerk lied to me about what was on (and not on) the docket, information that clearly contradicted what Medinah wrote in their "legal update"? If you have any information that contradicts the docket sheet and verifies Medinah's claims, feel free to post it. Otherwise, please save the game of "what if" and "why don't" for the MDMN message boards. Thanks. - Jeff
