PP, My Pickup is due for its 3000 mile oil change - maybe he could fit it in during intermission. I think you pretty much covered it except I would ask if there are any pending SEC investigations and if he denied it, I would ask if he or any member of the company has been contacted by the SEC in regard to their operations. Also, status of any pending lawsuits against FAMH. Also, status of TAX issues in the state of Texas and status of TAX payments to IRS for Myriad. Also, ask if they are up to date on all taxes owed to IRS for ongoing operations. Just thought I would add a few questions. Kevin
