Stocks make big moves up and down for no fundamental reasons...

Rick, yes, I am annoyed like you are. But I hope you don't eventually conclude there is some "secret" bad news that only the market knows. Remember, TSQD started to move up dramatically at the beginning of April on **no** fundamental news.

Stocks can make big moves in a news vacuum for reasons that are statistically anamalous, e.g., on one given day, a lot more buyers than sellers were interested in the stock, or more sellers than buyers. Stock prices are affected by random factors, just like our lives are (some poeple walk under a safe falling from the third floor).

Another reason for big unexplained moves is sloppy buying or the end of sloppy selling. A sloppy buyer buys up huge chunks of the stock, making potential sellers wait to see how mhigh the stock will go. When the sloppy buying is over, the pent up sellers get rid of the stock. Similarly, a fund manager wants to raise cash, so gets rid of a big position he/she can't stand to look at anymore. Buyers wait to see how low the stock goes and start buying when the sense a bottom.

I'm just speculating of course on whether these factors apply to TSQD. But these factors have been documented in other stocks, such as SEG.

You and I probably know more about this company than most traders. They don't know anything we don't know.
