If you take a look at these people, you notice that they all came
from Education division, which did much better than Entertainment
division where 17 million spend-off occurred.

A. Renee Courington joined the Company in May 1993 and was appointed Vice President of the Education Division November 1, 1994, responsible for all education products produced by the Company.

Suzie O'Hair joined the Company in September 1994 as Director of Marketing for the Education Division. Ms. O'Hair was promoted to Vice President, Marketing in April 1996. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. O'Hair was President of the marketing firm Hi-Lo communications, Inc. and was formerly Partner, then President, of HL&S Partners, an independent marketing firm serving primarily
high technology companies.

FURTHERMORE,
According to the report, CW is getting PAID only $27,000 in cash,
rest of her compensation is from stock plan which gives her more
incentive to improve the company's result. And remember that some
of her money is also in the company, as part of $1.5 million investment. And as far as I know without CW, SWMCF is a history.

Rest of other executives are paid around $100,000 which is reasonable.
