I'm zapping the user table on Dev right now and re-importing it. I found one reason for the gaps in Next 100, but there are still some gaps. Because the message recipients don't exist on Dev since the userbase hasn't been imported since 3/29/04.

What this means is that until I post here that the user import is done, nobody will be able to log on to Dev.
