It does sound like the FDA may have presented some concerns. Yet we would have to guess that if so there is room for compromise or for dealing with such concerns. Otherwise why wouldn't the co. just begin the roll out in Europe. We have to guess they don't want to launch the product in a form which might run into trouble with the FDA and that they have hopes they can resolve things quickly and be able to roll out at the same time in the both US and Europe. It is infuriating, though, to have to guess at all this.
