It sounds like you don't believe Bush is helping to create an all-powerful central government.

Take a look in November, and compare with a few years ago, all indicators you wish for "all powerful central government", from tax rates, personal freedoms, power of the Executive Branch, etc.

Then ask yourself if we are any more secure as a result...

That will answer the question of what kind of goals the Bush administration have
