Ron: I agree. Rhodes and the board are "shopping Paracelsian." They are only considering their own fate. They screwed up, and they are trying to salvadge anything out of this debacle. My question is, a buyout could not be that much. The signal transduction tech is worth something, and the TCM's are worth something, but what else???? And there are those 11 million shares to consider. Rick Davis
