It should be noted that "TIMELINESS" in Value Line terms is a measure of earnings momentum and relative strength for the near-term. As a result, you will find that its so-called "most timely" stocks are on the boil in terms of their revenue growth, margin expansion, and stock price performance.

It does NOT address the question of whether one should own a stock or not.
