Niku Announces Services Relationship Management Solutions to Be Available On HP-UX and NT Platforms REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Jun 4, 2001 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Niku Corporation (Nasdaq: NIKU chart, msgs) today announced a global alliance that will make its eBusiness enterprise applications for Services Relationship Management (SRM) available on Hewlett-Packard Company's HP-UX and HP NT platforms. Niku's enterprise software applications give companies the power to streamline core internal processes, collaborate on project management and delivery, and strengthen their services supply chains.

Niku and HP plan to engage in joint sales, marketing and global go-to-market activities, as well as collaborate on optimizing the Niku application suite in HP's Solution Centers. The two companies also intend to provide joint customers with a complete solution that will integrate Niku's SRM application software with HP's Netaction total-e-server software. HP currently uses Niku Portfolio Management Enterprise application in its E-services division, to manage global projects across three continents.
