Carl : Cash America is doing Check Cashing in some of its stores through its Subsidiary Mr Payroll Corporation. I don't beleive First Cash is doing any check cashing as of yet though company might look into Payroll Advances. First Cash debt to equity ratio is 1.12/1. Interest runs company about 2mil a year.

You might want to look into Ace Check Cashing (AACE) Montgomery Securites and Robertson Stephens have stock as a buy. Stock has made a nice run the past few weeks.
