different concept, obviously the company will be publicly traded? after the initial start up? what are the parameters of the businesses, they should be synegistic thus every venture forms a rung on the ladder of success, also there will be needs not mentioned.. telecommuting is nice.. cyber-office space is cheap.. but there has to be a location and some renumeration besides stock options.. a dollar a year. at least it represents the fact that the company is real.. i have had a ton of business ideas. have been successful with a few.. open to suggestions.. would like to see it float a little before offering any connections.. NY is still the center of the universe.. taxi
