So this is your unspoken conclusion, Joe, (based mostly on the first version of your posting):

Barry Diller has formulated a merger plan that is very good for Barry Diller and his USAI shareholders. If it's to the temporary disadvantage of Lycos and Ticketmaster shareholders, that's life - get used to it! What Barry is really offering LCOS shareholders is Barry Diller. We're supposed to close our eyes and have blind faith that in the longer-term we'll have more value as a Diller company than as an Internet company.
