I'm in the fortunate position of having sold during the run-up in the spring. I've just kept GEB on my radar screen without following it too closely right now.

I guess it depends on what you paid to begin with, and what your investment horizon is. Even if they can go it alone, it may be dead money for quite some time. Then the question is, do they have enough money to make it without a partner or going back to the public markets? I would look at their cash position and calculate their monthly burn rate to see how long they can last. I would also compare their market cap to other unpartnered biotech companies, preferably any in the same space as GEB.

One thing is for sure, the risks are now higher.
