Saw, I don't think that GX has an equity interest in Nextwave. Nextwave went Chpt. 11 before GX made the investment. It was in the works but I don't think it ever went down. QCOM does have ~6% interest in Nextwave and is putting more in. The other pieces of the new financing have not been made public that I know of. If someone knows the other participants of the new financing package let me know. I'll bet you Winnick is involved. Had to put that money from the collar to work. (g) kirby
