TO ALL.

Intel came out and said that the overall demand for PC appears to be holding strong after losing 4.5 points. The techs sellout started when Cirrus announced they had lost a big order. It was widely speculated that the big order cancellation came from Packard Bell and since PB contracted with Intel for motherboards with Cirrus chip on them, Intel gets caught in this mess even though it is only an intermediary. Nothing shows that PC demand is slacking or that Intel chips are not selling well. I personally think the analysts bid up the stock after they bought them and when they feel the stock had gone up enough, they short them then come out announcing their downgrade of the stocks. They make money either way. The only way to fight this is to be informed and be in it for the long term.
