Joe, AirStar WITH Select Switch and new management and new board of directors (including large shareholders and telecommunications people) would be quite an improvement for this company. But I'm afraid current management has decided that a deal with Dennis Casey is the direction they're going (Joe V, I'm told, will be in Dallas on Wednesday to talk "business" with Casey). The shareholders will ultimately decide. Two points: (1) If a deal with Casey is NOT going to happen, let's get the deal off the table PRONTO and have management get to work finding the additional capital it needs to stay in business. If the company is not going to be sold, then securing additional capital should be management's highest priority. (2) Since a deal is likely, however, shareholders should consider the option that any cash acquired through a deal go directly to shareholders on a per/share basis; not to AirStar. I, for one, do not savor the idea of owning shares in a shell run by Joe Vigliarolo. Everyone else can decide for themselves. TJS
