Looking to attend SemiCon Southwest in Austin, TX this month. Will keep my eyes open. Both Semitool and FSII should be exhibiting. I'm still not sure if this means new equipment designs or just minor modifications. We sell semiconductor stainless materials and this would be good to know. Mike
