Oh dear rat! I'd like to visit the copper fox distillery, reminds me of some small batch kettle distilleries I've heard about in Colorado. Between you and me, the past few years I just go east for a wee dram of my favorite and bring home a few bottles. The Hibiki, Japan's finest blend from Suntory. The 12 year old is arguably the best value in all of sublime blends, the 17 year old is even better, and have never tried the 21 year old or 30 year old but will when I splurge on my next Narita transfer. Hibiki 17 beats Johnnie Walker Blue for taste although some may disagree, nevertheless the 17 costs less than half of the blue label.
