Do you focus on increasing your portfolio yield and/or just try to maintain some base level of dividend yield. I notice some income investors are always swapping out lower yielding securities for higher yielding ones. I too added OHI but actually sold some 'risky' LTSpA for safer NCHCO & NGHCN. I gave up 0.5% yield but am fine w/ the 7.5% and now w/ less risk.

Anybody figure out how to create the basic & detail table for comparing multiple stocks? The old Yahoo Finance quote allowed one to enter multiple tickers separated by a comma and then create a summary table and/or a detailed view of those listed stocks. I find that useful when comparing EV, PE and dividend yields. I can not seem to get that working w/ their new quote system.
