Harold, et al.,

I seem to have given everyone the wrong idea when I posted the San
Diego Law Firm of Bill Lerach and his phone number. I should have
said "how do you spell R-E-V-E-N-G-E". Bill Lerach is well known
in California because his lawfirm specializes in stock fraud. What
I was suggesting was that someone call PRLN and say "look, we want
data, and answers...its time to cut the nonsense...you provide the
shareholders with evidence that AndroVir is a marketable drug that
has antiviral effect, or we call a law firm and sue you guys right
into the ground".

As it stands now, there still are a few things worth fighting for.
There is cash on hand (2 million or so), and rights to a drug which
could have enormous potential (if we have not been sold snake oil).

Plus, if this was a case of stock fraud, you can go after the bank
accounts of insiders who sold, the officers, and get them for some
punitive damages as well. Or, we shareholders can watch Paracelsian
piss away what is left over the Summer and say "Oops, we are going
bankrupt".

The call is yours people. I have a very small position myself. I
got onboard thinking this was a good turn around stock, but now it
appears to be a sinking ship. Just don't get caught in the whirlpool
when she goes down.

As for the lawsuits, I understand that some of the officers are suing
each other (bad news), but that us faithful shareholders "still believe" and are thinking this company will turn out a product this
September and the stock will be at $20 a share.

The Truth is Out There...
