Yes, Bushie Medicare is forced privatization so Bushie corporate allies can profit off public health, and Bushies make sure the profit is there by eliminating the goveernment's ability to negotiate better prices, plus they throw in 12 billion in outright corporater welfare. Cash for the HMO's to build new facilities in rural areas. Talk about pork and giveaways.
