If my memory serves me correctly (no guarantees), the EM Sounder technology identifies LIKELY FORMATIONS ONLY, that MAY contain hydrocarbons, not the actual presence or absence of the hydrocarbons. The device supposedly offers pictures of higher resolution than other conventional methods. I believe that AXPL is the only company that CLAIMS to actually be able to identify the presence of hydrocarbons directly and not just the containing structure. Can anyone correct me or clarify further? Chas
