I agree with your entire take on the situation and also think that the dilution is what will enable U.S. Microbics to meet Net Tangible Asset Requirements. You nor I can predict what anyone else will do when they read U.S. Microbics has managed to escape the bulletin boards to become a Nasdaq traded issue. If and when this happes it will be the first company that I have ever owned that has done so. That ain't hay!! Glad your back and I trust your trip went well.
