I do remember seeing something about NuGas being a prime takeover
candidate.

I can't help you out on Westward Energy. I thought I had materials
on hand, but don't. My records indicate I requested info from the
company but never received anything.

I can only offer this. Declining production could be result of faster
and steeper than estimated production rates and they may have to adjust
reserves and that will effect net asset value. Using your guidelines
in stock selection, I believe there are opportunities which exist where
companies are increasing production. If you wish to pursue researching
companies I haven't discussed too date, you might want to check out
Deep Basin Petroleum and Tuske Energy. I'm also looking into Courage
Energy who will more than double their production this year.

If you do check into any of these, I would like to hear your comments.
Also, I will request info on Westward and offer you comments.
