Oh. My impression was that the discussion of buildings involved accelerated depreciation not 100% tax consideration, something the government allowed in the early years of the Reagan Administration and rescinded in the 1986 TEFRA bill.

The only mention of 100% tax considerations I remember was a sizable increase in the amounts allowed for 100% first-year write off of equipment purchases. Both ideas have to get through Congress and unless they are buried in some type of omnibus bill I think legislators from unaffected regions will have different opinions.

I guess I'll have to go back and look :(
