Hank, Robin, John and all,
My ISP was off line briefly but made some phone calls to try and verify all that is going on, here is what I know.
Robin, my reference to "bankruptcy doesn't seem realistic" was in reference to bankruptcy being filed at this point in time. Down the road, who knows? Money is a realistic concern and should be but not #1 on on my list at this time.
Hank, you and I might have been chasing our own tails in regard to this California suit. I just found out that the suit is against Paracelsian Healthcare and not PRLN. Haven't confimed this but suspect my information is correct. Do know that Paracelsian Healthcare has had problems. Would welcome any help in confirming this.
John, without question there is still much to fight for in this company. How we fight I think is important. I am as upset as anyone but prefer to let events take their normal course. Two legal events should be occuring. The annual meeting by 5/14 and the SEC 10Q filing by 5/15. If they don't happen or are unduly delayed then I think we have just that much more ammunition. Any legal action now could be detrimental both to the the company and the potential return of past leadership to the company.
As far as officers suing each other I can't comment, still trying to check this out.
John, most of us are small investors on this thread. We've invested in good faith, the faith has been shattered by the the present management. I have high hopes we'll once again be able to have this faith.
Back later, have to be away a couple of hours.
