Israeli stock market has rallied very strongly recently and is within one percent of an all time high, according to this chart:

schrts.co

This does not include a 1% gain last night in Tel Aviv so we will see where that puts ISRA on Friday when the US market reopens.

The more important question is why is the Israeli stock market rallying while the US market struggles?

The short answer, from an Israeli point of view is that Israel stands to benefit greatly if regime change takes place in Iran or if the later is forced to surrender. Israel will then become the Germany of the Middle East with new opportunities and alliances arising throughout the region. Moreover, there is universal support for the war against Iran.

The question concerning the US stock market struggles will be dealt with in the next post, later this morning PT.
