Acting on a tip from a friend (this is the first stock he has ever bought), I am trying to do some due diligence. Does anyone really know what they are buying? If the stock has a $17 billion US market cap, how does that relate to the Nasdaq bandit board (BB) listing? Bloomberg says the PCCLF market Cap is only US$22 million.

If the stock is $17.00 HK (US$2.20), there could be a link with the BB listing which is also around US$2.20. Merrills 12 MONTH target is HK$25 or US$3.25 ASSUMING THERE IS A LINK BETWEEN THE TWO EXCHANGES. DOES'NT set the world on fire, considering the 99.9% failure rate of spec deals in Asia.

The high and Low on the Hong Kong listing is $0.10 to $20.00HK. This is US one cent to US $2.60 ASSUMING THERE IS A LINK BETWEEN THE TWO EXCHANGES.

With the risk comes reward, but as usual the money was made in Hong Kong and now its just sucker money in the US.

I BEG FOR SOMEOME TO GIVE US A CLEAR PITURE OF WHAT THE DEAL IS.
