Assuming a miracle happens and PRLN proves that it really does have it's act together, announcements of a share holders meeting would undoubtedly occur in conjunction with the announcement of new management. If they really are negotiating with potential executives, it would make sense for them to wait until the deals are done before scheduling a meeting. What better way to introduce them to what's left of their share holders?

Now, if I were in the mood to gamble and bet on either all of this taking place or an asteroid hittng earth tomorrow, my money would probably be on the asteroid. Maybe I'll go buy a lottery ticket instead:)
