Thanks for explaining the 5/14 date for the annual meeting. Sometimes I forget everyone isn't on the same page as me. Always appreciate an addition, correction or explanation that helps the post.

Have asked the same question as you in regards to Rhodes stepping down, could be he is apprehensive how the shareholders will vote. Its probably all part of some sort of strategy that we don't know yet.
