Unfortunately VARL is a classic case which shows how little protection shareholders really have in the event of poor or worse management.

It was clear to me when they issued their first release about needing to restate prior periods that something did not make sense and I sold early enough to save most most of my invested capital in this company. What subsequently transpired is disgusting. No matter in the civil suits likely to be done the KMG auditors are sure to be deposed.
The wonder to me is that the company can operate at all. If I were a customer how could i have any confidence that this company will be around in 6 months.
Seems like the audit team has now had several months to prepare an audited balance sheet. Where is it?
