I think US Medical System is the most unfair and stupid in the world. Lazy/stupid/cheating people live on welfare and get free medical (sometimes expensive surgeries, free medicine). Many of these "poor" sometimes never pay a penny of tax but cost taxpayers in hundreds of thousands dollars by each person. I know several families own houses but still live on welfare and housing aid, with free medical. (They work as salon girls or handymen/seamstresses, restaurants owners or small business owners) At the same time, someone who paid 15 years of tax or more, and is suddenly out of work can not get a free basic medical care (like ulcer, pile surgery) that cost only a few grands.
