An other thing, can you explain why Mirant has over 3 billion in good will on the books, if they didn't pay to much for their assets??? Your brain cramps seem to be hindering your language skills, too. In any case, your intense focus on accounting artifacts like book value and now goodwill has blinded you to the things that matter most in investment valuation - cash flow and returns on invested capital. If you don't understand that, then you should not try to make your own investment picks.
