*To say the least, with the financial statement in place, there is a good probability that VARL will get back to the regular mkt.*

You must be joking or dreaming. Get back to the regular market, no way. IMO, as long as Kiser remains at the company he will still be calling the shots by virtue of the fact of his large stock holdings and his power over other board members. Even if this were not true, he would still be perceived to be calling the shots by the street. Regardless of which scenario it is, the investment community/NASD will not want to get caught with egg on their face again. IMO, Kiser and others from the old guard should leave now or if not the company should be sold. It is my true belief the stockholders were and are victims of fraud but that will be up to the SEC to determine. I'm just talking about a gut feeling here. Unfortunately even at this late date the shareholders are being denied the right to ask the tough questions that need to be answered, witness the recent CC and Pappas's coverup language. BTW, I don't know about you but it made me sick to hear Pappas talk about shareholder value and then in the next breath deny us the ability to ask the tough questions. How about shareholder rights. IMO, NASD wouldn't touch this company under the current circumstances with a ten foot pole. Just one mans opinion and naturally I could be completely wrong.
