One of the killers of economic growth is hoarding. 2.Success is always built upon previous failed experiences, that and luck. Those two ingredients constitute evolution. 3.Number one depends heavily on people believing paradise does exist and that it can be bought with money. Paradise exists, but it's not a specific place and it can't be bought with money, in fact money takes you further away.
