The buyer of these CCs can take control of this stock at any time since the calls are in the money. The latest, assuming that the stock is above $5 is May 18. Even though the buyer needs 7.15 to be even, color them gone if the stock is above 5 and a few pennies.

Oh, and by the way. While not likely, it could be that one call could be exercised on each of 10 different days, costing you 10 commissions on the sell side.
