I think our economy has some serious issues to deal with in the long term, like negative savings, huge debt, bancruptcies, layoffs, price wars, squeezed margins. Many people are tapped out, they done spent it, and now they owe bigtime, IMO. Bubbles do not end with a "V" IMO. I think it will take more time to work out all of the excesses. Greenspan and Bush are only providing a bounce, IMO.
Having said all of that, if they want to run the Nasdaq up on hopes and dreams, fine with me, I can ride with the best of them. But, I realize, it's only a bounce. I take it for what it's worth, a liquidity bubble bounce.
I am serious, I think they'll run the Nasdaq up after warnings to maybe 3000 by Aug., then KABOOM!!!
