Death penalty, although certainly deserved, would I think be unlikely to come from an international tribunal.

Or ever, from any trial conducted in a European Union country, where the Hague is located.

The European elite are staunchly opposed to the death penalty and go so far as to write it into the admission rules for the European Union.
