This financing deal makes me a little leary of getting in on this stock. I just read through the deal and there are many points I am not sure about, I'll have to explore it some more. But I am impressed that the stock price has not gone down further since this deal. Perhaps it is not as bad as I think. I am impressed with what technology, expertise, and operations the company has, but I'm not sure why this justifies such a high price despite the meager financials. Could someone clue me in on this? That $11/preferred share paid to officers in lieu of cash caught my attention. What are people's future expectations of this company?
