Bushman,, My understanding of the ADSL deployment model as it relates to Bellsouth is that Bellsouth the Corporation will wholesale ADSL to every ISP. for a fee. Bellsouth.net is independant of Corporate Bellsouth. Good deal for BLS and the ISP's .Mindspring will get access to resale ADSL to pops (I may be wrong, but I do not beleive they will have to buy equip.) and BLS corporation will get a monthly fee for every line deployed regardless of whos deploying....
