So, all in all, I thought it was a good strong CC. My only reservation is that it would appear unreasonable to assume any growth beyond say 30%-not because the demand
isnt there but because they may just not be able to handle it all.


You get a sense that Sun has really been soaking up GE business efficiencies; talking about processes in a way they never have. In any case, this crew is obviously comfortable with it's future and increasingly focused. This 'service driven network' thing is the gold rush. Sun is the premier supplier of picks and shovels and focused on STAYING the premier supplier and staying true to being SUNW. This is company extremely comfortable with itself (IMO). We might extrapolate this focus on processes to end up taking the comfortable growth number from 25% to 30% before FY end.

It's notable that they CAN handle the production demands. It's sales and support they need to leverage better. It's not that they *can't 'scale' to over 30%, it's just that they need to figure out how to make that happen without compromising their culture and brand (without making some faustian bargain).
