Winner is EVCI, up another 16% today and 100% since January 25, 2000, when I first recommended it to this board. There is a reason the stock is running. I don't think it is anywhere near done. Market cap is still only around $150 million. I think it still doubles or triples from here. Of course I thought that at $17 on January 25th, too.
