I dont know if I would go as far as to state that "Branson
is a con man"? If I felt that way then I would not own the Stock
let alone be on this Board. I only have a few "aggresive" or
Speculative stocks. The other one is THQI.They recently announced
an 80% Improvementin earnings over the same quarter of last year. They
floated a Secondary a few months ago which kept the Price down and
now they are talking about granting Options etc. Earnings also
improved in 96 over 95. The stock has not moved in 5 months and the
IR dept stonewalls you. In short there is no direction. My point is
that there is no Direction here in AXC that I can see.I did not buy
this Stock for KM but now that it is a possibility there should
be some News on it even if the News is "No progress" or no
Feaseabilty or whatever. There has been no News on the various
aspects of the Lawsuit and why they are being tried in a certain
way and as far as I know there has been no answer as to whether or
not PIP patent expires in July as was mentioned before etc. Are
any of you aware that there is talk in Congress of limiting Patent
Protection to 18 months? In short, there would not be Posts of people
preparing long lists of Questions to ask if there werent so many
questions. In short there is no Definite Direction.
