Rick, Albert's is still there but they won't say for how long and what the terms of his contract call for (at least noone who answers the phone knows or is allowed to discuss this or, apparently, anything else). My best hope, as I said, is not for a buyout but for some kind of innovative alliance between Travelers, prln, and Merck. A hope engendered by Alberts being from Merck. It occurs to me that it my be dangerous for prln to expose their technology to Alberts unless something with Merck might be brewing (pure speculation here). And if Travelers is still holding 22% I would guess they are in prln for possibilities that go beyond just capital gains. Since Merck, Travelers, and prln are operating in basically different spheres, the present moment and situation might yield an innovative angle for mutually beneficial pursuit.

I also encourage Paul to respond to your other questions.
