Bernie, I also found a person knowledgeable with PGS reorg today at Datek/Ameritrade. It looks like I was directed to THE person who knew.

I learned that:
- I will be able to give instructions verbally
- They WILL accept me buying the new shares in my Datek account even though this will be over the counter (exceptionally because of the rights offering from shares I already own).
- After I exercise the rights, I will have confirmation on my online account summary with a new line referring to the exercised rights (I love that!). The word "Contra-position" came up, whatever that means...
- They are asking me to give my instructions by Oct-30, but they will take them anyway up to Nov-4, although some risk of non-execution was implied.

I liked the price action today. I am still looking at selling if the price of PGOGY goes to 1.30 next week (maybe half my 50k shares) and the rest if it goes higher. But then, I don’t know if I will be available at the right time or whether emotions will take over the better side of me if price goes up :O))

This is purely hypothetical, but anybody thinks 1.40 would not be an offer too good to pass next week? (taking into account the possibility to buy at a lower equivalent price after the offering)
